Our Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee means you can book your next holiday with the confidence that you won't lose out due to potential Coronavirus disruption.
What is covered?
The Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee is free of charge and is automatically applied to all existing and new bookings for Kingfisher Lodge, Sparrowhawk Lodge, Red Kite Lodge and The Pool House for 2022. You don't need to do anything.
In relation to the Coronavirus outbreak you are covered for the following:
1. The lodges or the pool house are closed
2. UK Government restrictions on travel at a national or regional level
3. You are unable to travel due to sickness or isolation (positive COVID-19 test)
I need to claim against the guarantee, what should I do?
All you need to do is get in touch with us at any point within the guarantee change window which is between 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival and you can:
1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2022 or 2023, subject to availability and free of charge*
2. Cancel your booking and receive a full refund**

** A full refund will only be issued if we have to close our accommodation and cancel your reservation, or where the UK Government impose travel restrictions.
Terms and conditions
1. The 'Guarantee Change Window' allows any transfer* or cancellation** of a reservation within the period of 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival.
2. The Coronavirus Guarantee only applies to reservations made for Kingfisher Lodge, Sparrowhawk Lodge, Red Kite Lodge and The Pool House.
3. Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 3 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Coronavirus Guarantee for you.
4. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.
5. If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be cheaper than your existing booking, we will refund the difference. Should your new holiday be more expensive you will need to pay the difference at time of booking.
6. If you choose to cancel your holiday, you can only do this by calling us. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
7. The Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee is available until further notice.
8. The Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee only applies to reservations made directly with us via our website www.upperfarmhenton.co.uk
