Super comfortable bed and perfect location. Host was really friendly and helpful. Farm was lovely and well maintained, even though it’s a working yard noise wasn’t a problem at all.

We had an amazing weekend at the pool house, couldn't of asked for more. Didn't get to meet the owners but welcome pack was very good and all the instructions were very helpful. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Thank you.

Perfect

Had a great stay, kids and myself really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, great surroundings and views and felt very welcomed.. Can’t wait to go back. would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool were great! The pool house was nice. We especially liked the detailed welcome pack, which included how things worked, details of nearby things to do, places to eat and much more. We would book to stay again!

Just got back from a fantastic stay at the pool house, it was so much fun from start to finish. The pool and hot tub are kept immaculate, the pool was a lovely temperature even for this time of year and the hot tub was just amazing with its sound system and disco lights! The location is perfect for some relaxation it’s surrounded by beautiful countryside, with lots of walks and pubs nearby. Gary is very informative and the communication from the time I booked to the time we left was fantastic. The facilities in the house are great and they’ve thought of everything. I’ll definitely be going back, thank you Gary :)

Gary was very welcoming and was only a walk away which was great. We hardly get time to get away from it all and this was a last minute escape. I wasn’t 110% sure if we could squeeze the time out but I’m so glad we did. The hot tub was so relaxing and the pool was a added bonus 😊 Will definitely be making a visit again and already recommending to family friends.

Amazing weekend away for my husband's 30th... the whole place is fab, inside is lovely and clean and everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub are both amazing... perfect for having a laugh and relaxing! Just what we needed.. we were so impressed with everything and was supplied with a great welcome pack which had all information that we could possibly need!! The peacock inn was recommended to us by Gary and the food was DELICIOUS!! Couldn't of asked for a better and more enjoyable weekend break! Can't wait to go back already!!

What an Amazing Place

Well, what can I Say. We booked the Pool House for a short break for the two of us and our two elderly dogs. We all had a great time. Although in the middle of the farm, the Pool House was very secluded and not overlooked, it is most "Doggy Friendly'. The living accommodation was amazing, all mod cons and an excellent SKY HD package and surround sound system, with a great comfy bed. The Kitchen had everything that was required . The Pool is large and was very warm. We were in and out of it all the time.

The Jacuzzi was the best we had ever been in, it maintained a great temperature and the bubbles were amazing.
We had some nice pottering walks down at the carp lake, all very pleasant. Our Host Gary was great, ever so helpful and attentive when he was needed. This was a treat for us, and we will be looking to come back in due course, which is not something we usually do, go to the same place again.

We also had an evening meal at the Monday night 'fish and chip' van in Chinnor. Tiago's it was called. Never done that before. It served a very nice, Cod and Chips.

All in all a Fantastic three night stay.

Had a fantastic weekend away at the Pool House. Lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The children spent most of the time in the pool or hot tub. Recommend reading the guide that’s provided when you book and using the tips. We put raw meat out on the posts and had Red Kites swoop down and take it which was awesome to watch. Lovely to hear the steam train going in the distance too. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing time.

Good Fun in the Sun!!

This place is fantastic... pool and hot tub are sensational and really make the experience! Had a few issues but Gary was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble! Took our dog Peanut - he was made to feel very welcome too! Would love to stay again.
