Fishery Rules
Please purchase your Fishing Permit online via this website or in person from Trinity Outdoors (our onsite Tackle Shop).

You may only access the fishery and begin fishing if you have a confirmed booking that has been paid for in advance. If you turn up on the day without a reservation, then you must either:

a) wait for the tackle shop to open to purchase your permit in person
b) purchase your permit online via our website www.upperfarmhenton.co.uk/book-fishing-online or by scanning the QR code on the fishery notice board. Complete your purchase using your mobile phone, selecting the pond and peg(s) that you wish to fish. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
c) notify the bailiff by telephone call, text message or email of your arrival. This information should include your name, preferred peg number(s), mobile phone number and vehicle registration. Do not begin fishing or setting up until the bailiff has confirmed that it is OK to do so and which pegs you can setup on.

If you begin fishing without notifying us of your arrival (without an existing permit or reservation), then you may be asked to move pegs or to leave the fishery immediately. If you complete a fishing session without paying for a permit, then you will be blacklisted and banned from using the fishery in the future.
