I have to say this place is a hidden gem. It was absolutely stunning, the whole lodge was very well taken care of, clean, cosy everything you need, my kids had the best time in the hot tub it has made there birthday very special, spending your birthday night under stars in a hot tub worth every penny, thankyou we will be back x

Beautiful, dog friendly lodges in a wonderful peaceful location. Gary was very responsive and helpful. A lovely place for a quiet break with lots of walks and great pubs nearby.

What a stunning place to get away from it all. Met Gary who was super helpful and kept me right on ordering the best local Chinese meal. Hot tub and Sauna magic as was standalone bath. Even had Sky Sports.

A true home from home.
A truly peaceful haven to help unwind and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The lodge is perfectly maintained and every visit I make never fails to let me leave far more relaxed than when i arrived! The hot tub and sauna are the focal point of the lodge, but the views out onto the fishing lake are stunning too. Gary and the team are always welcoming and I appreciate the attention to detail on updating the walking routes around the area too. A very special place I will continue to return to again and again.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay! There were plenty of local walks to take the dog and then upon return, into the hot tub and sauna to relax ! Listening and watching the beautiful surroundings!

We enjoyed staying in the lodge. it was clean and well laid out. everything feels well thought out and they're generous with the little things like toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning supplies. the privacy was great, with mature hedges. when I stupidly drove off with the key after checking out, Gary politely laughed it off and we agreed a mutual exchange of my speaker and the key in the post. thank you for having us.

We had a fantastic long weekend at the lodges. The location was perfect being a short drive into Oxford. The setting was extremely peaceful and tranquil. The facilities in the lodge were perfect. We had access to everything we could have needed and the sauna and hot tub was well needed after a long day of walking and exploring!

Gary was a fantastic host and very quick to respond and incredibly accommodating.

We would highly recommend treating yourself to a stay here. We loved it and hope to come back soon!

I stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights for my wife's birthday having also just had a newborn and this was an amazing stay. From the beginning Gary was a great host and got in touch with all the necessary details. The accommodation itself is stunning, located in a nice remote peaceful area the accommodation itself was very clean and spacious. The facilities were all very good and the hot tub and sauna made it an amazing luxury get away. all instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I couldn't recommend this accommodation and our hosts more, brilliant amenities, TV in both the lounge and bedroom with all channels and apps you could possible need. An amazing spacious bathroom with a seperate bath tub, sauna and shower. Some nice scenic walks nearby and with a car you can find all you need within 10 minutes. I will definitely be seeking an opportunity to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! We unfortunately had our abroad holiday cancelled due to snow/wind/rain, so we wanted a quick and easy getaway nearby, and this completely delivered.
Set on beautiful farmland, with a beautiful lake right in front the lodge. The lodge was immaculate and the hot tub and sauna was just an incredible bonus.
Easily accessible, with clear instructions on how to access the property, as well as a fantastic book laying out how to work everything, alongside local restaurants, pubs, shops and takeaway options.
We cannot wait to stay here again, thank you Gary!!
