When you book a vacation rental directly via the Upper Farm Henton website, you should be receiving the lowest possible price for staying in one of our amazing luxury lodges. Some of our Online Travel Agency partners charge a service fee on top of our normal nightly rates, thereby increasing the cost to you or they charge us hefty commissions, meaning we have to sell at full price.

The Upper Farm Henton website should always have the lowest price for staying at The Chiltern Lodges or The Pool House. By booking directly with us, you cut out the middle man and we pass the majority of those savings onto our guests.  If you find a lower advertised rate for the same dates, then please let us know and we'll match or beat it.
