Upper Farm Fishery is a well-established, private 1-acre lake offering 20 spacious swims/pegs in a tranquil setting near Chinnor. We are the perfect venue for pleasure anglers seeking a peaceful, family-friendly location to catch a wide variety of species. Facilities include a large, accessible car park, clean toilets, free WiFi and a well stocked onsite tackle and camping shop.
Upper Farm Fishery is primarily a day ticket carp and coarse fishing venue. You can book and pay for your day, night or 24+ hour session using our mobile friendly online reservation system.
Upper Farm Fishery is a mixed carp & coarse fishing lake stocked with Common, Crucian, Mirror, Leather and Grass Carp, ranging from a few pounds to high doubles. In addition there are plenty of specimen Roach, Rudd, Perch, Bream, Tench & Chub keep anglers busy.
The lake is split into 2 ponds, which are connected via a narrow waterway and is spring fed all year round. Graham's Pond is up to 5 feet deep and has 11 swims/pegs, of which 4 are doubles and can hold 2+ people. Tony's Pond is up to 6 feet deep and has 9 swims/pegs (the majority of which are fishable from the bank).
Our rules exist to protect our fish, our angling customers and ourselves and to make sure that everybody has an enjoyable visit whilst at Upper Farm Fishery. Please make sure that you familiarise yourself with our rules before your visit.
We are a day ticket venue offering day, night and 24+ hour permits to anglers. Our preference is for bookings to be made in advance, however you can arrive on the day and purchase a permit from our tackle shop or by scanning the QR code on our fishery notice board.
The onsite tackle shop is open 6 days a week during the summer and 5 days a week in the winter and carries a wide range of camping equipment and angling supplies, including maggots, worms, groundbait, rods and reels. It is open to the general public, so why not pop in and take a look around?
