Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Pool House.
The location is amazing. The Pool House is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The pool and hot tub was fantastic and very private.
The communication from Gary was excellent and he was extremely helpful.
The Peacock Country Inn is a short walk away, the food and service there was amazing and worth a visit.
I thoroughly recommend staying at Upper Farm Henton and we will stay at the pool house again whenever in the area.

Fantastic peaceful location for a nice break away from home. Very private garden with your own hot tub & swimming pool. In the summer time this area would be even better, was still a little too cold on our visit to use the pool/sun loungers. Easy check in/out instruction and can come and go as you please throughout the stay. Very informative information guide of the accommodation itself and of the surrounding areas with things to do, walks etc. The pool house was very clean and modern inside with fresh towels, bedding and also flip flops provided. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a nice break away in the countryside.

We had such a lovely stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. The pool and hot tub were amazing and made the whole trip feel really special and relaxing. Gary and Emma were so kind, helpful and welcoming throughout, which made a big difference. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place to switch off and enjoy the countryside. We made some really lovely memories there and will definitely be coming back.

The pool house was a great find! Having unrestricted use of a pool is hard to find, it was so nice to spend most of the day in the very clean well maintained swimming pool. The hot tub was lovely too.  We found the beds to be very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.  The area is very quiet with beautiful surroundings.  The guest book was the most comprehensive we have ever had. Everything from restaurant and takeaway recommendations to local walks. Really helpful when you don’t know the area at all! Would love to stay again  Thank you :)

Excellent break again this year

Excellent break again this year. We all enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool during the day and hot tub in the evening. Clean accommodation. Easy to book takeaways as they delivered directly to the Pool House. I am sure we will be returning again next year too. Thanks to Gary who was always on hand to handle any issues.

We had such an amazing stay and we are defo coming back next year. We are going to rent the pool house long with one of the other lodges next year for a family holiday.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed recently at The Pool House with our 2 grown up children and 2 sausage dogs. We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the lodge was great. Gary was a fab host from start to finish and we would definitely book again.

Really lovely place, the pool was amazing. We have stayed in a few villas abroad and the pool was definitely better than the ones we have had in Spain.  For an autistic child/adult this is an excellent choice Next time we will venture to the local pub and into Chinnor to explore more of the surroundings.  Take away delivery was really good and plenty of choice so we had no problems with food options despite my daughter being unable to leave the lodge because of her anxiety. And the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food.  We plan to return next year :-)

Great getaway location on a farm, always at least one friendly horse to greet you on your ways. Gary was very responsive to any odd question we had, the space is well laid out, has great amenities and the outside pool/hot tub are great to relax in.

The Pool House at Upper Farm is in a beautiful, peaceful location, in the tiny hamlet of Henton, just a few minutes from the village of Chinnor. Immersed in nature and surrounded by fields and horses, we had a lovely romantic break away from the stresses of daily life! There's a great pub - The Peacock - 5 mins walk from the farm, which serves a delicious Sunday Roast with super yorkshire puddings! Highly recommend a visit! There's also another great pub - The Red Lion in Chinnor, which had a guest gourmet burger van there on Saturday night, which was lovely. The Chinese takeaway in Chinnor - Golden Chopsticks - offers fast delivery to the Pool House, which is awesome after a long day walking in the Chilterns. There are some fab walks from the farm in the most stunning countryside. For a bit of retail therapy we visited Bicester Village, which was only 30mins drive. We went early in the morning when it opened to avoid the crowds! We loved The Pool House and would definitely return!
