Amazing!!!
We have just returned from this fantastic place and wish we could have stayed longer. Not only will you be spoilt with a great hot tub to relax in, but you will be even more spoilt with the amazing pool. Gary is also a fantastic host, who is always on hand if needed and has great knowledge of the local area for advice on local walks, places to eat etc. We can’t wait to visit again.

A lovely clean and well equipped chalet in a lovely village
We have just spent a week at The Pool House with our teenage son and our little dog, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was excellent, the chalet had everything we needed including a seriously comfy bed !! And of course we were very blessed with the hot weather. The owner Gary was very friendly it was nice to meet him and have a chat with him, I would highly recommend a stay at The Pool House, I am sure we will return there.

The pool house is an incredible find! Two friends and myself had a short but sweet visit - and it is such great value for money! It is secluded, nicely furnished (the mattress on the main bed is to die for, we lifted up the corners to see if we could find out what make it is...), and the jacuzzi/pool are fantastic added bonuses (the latter being more than big/deep enough to have a proper swim). Check in is easy, more than enough information provided to get along comfortable and Gary, walking past to check on something, was a kind and gracious host (I assume we wouldn't have had the pleasure to meet him if we weren't using the BBQ pit at the time). The only teeny drawback, and it is to be expected situated on a horse farm in summer, is the flies. My advice would be to keep the doors/windows closed as much as you can- but there are thoughtful details such as an electric flyswatter and citronella candles which help endlessly. I will be recommending this place to all my friends!

Excellent accommodation and host
We have loved our stay at The Pool House. The owner, Gary, could not have been more accommodating to us and our two dogs, or more helpful. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and warm. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and well-equipped. The grounds are very beautiful and ideal for us to walk our dogs. We look forward to coming back!

Amazing place to stay with a private pool and hot tub, it is better than it looks on the photo I loved it and will definitely book again Gary is an excellent host and looked after us. People who haven’t been I strongly recommend you visit, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Gary once again.

The pool house as everything you need for a relaxing few days away. The hot tub was amazing and the pool was much needed in the heatwave we’re having. Couldn’t of asked for anything more, would definitely stay again.

Great location and facilities
Very welcoming hosts and comprehensive info pack. Had a great stay here as there are loads of places to go and see. Peacock pub 10 mins walk does great food. Accommodation very comfortable. Pool and hot-tub are excellent extras.

Gary and Ali go out of their way to welcome you and give you the best advice for enjoying your stay. Top tips on where to eat were invaluable and the pool house itself was heavenly - a wonderful, big, heated pool, a private jacuzzi and all mod cons. We also had amazing weather and everyone thought we’d been abroad from our pics! We’ll be back!

A fantastic stay again (we have stayed here three years in a row), Gary is always very welcoming.
Two fluffy bathrobes as well as plenty of towels and lovely shampoo and conditioner to use.

Amazing little getaway worth every penny the pool was amazing a bit cold for me but great. The hot tub was perfect. Gary is a great host very friendly and welcoming and on hand if you need anything. Definitely going back. We didn’t want to leave.

A wonderful place to stay. So relaxing & Gary could not have been a better or more helpful & hospitable host. Thoroughly recommend for a get away from it all break -& what an amazing bonus to have sole use of a pool & hot tub too ! Great pub within a short walk.
