Had a wonderful long weekend stay here. It was in a peaceful location and close to plenty of walks. Check in and out was easy, lodge had all the essentials and was very comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet break.

We had a wonderful, relaxing long weekend away, so much so that we extended it with Gary and stayed a little longer as bookings permitted. The setup is lovely, with lots to do in the area for walkers through to foodies. We booked with Gary due to the facilities, just in case the weather didn’t turn up, so the space inside, hot tub, sauna, etc all came together and worked beautifully for the odd rainy day. Also need to say thanks to Gary who is a lovely guy, couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending walks and pubs etc. Highly recommend the place and would happily head back for a return visit!

The lodge exceeded all our expectations, Gary ensured we had everything for a smooth entry. Loved the hot tub. Will definitely visit again.

Had a lovely mini moon at Sparrowhawk Lodge! It was peaceful and relaxing which is just what we needed. The hot tub and views were great and we visited the local pub for dinner which we would highly recommend!

Kingfisher Lodge is a rare gem found in beautiful surroundings. The attention to detail is second to none and the thought and effort that has gone into helpful information to enhance a stay is fantastic. Gary was excellent at communicating before and during our stay and quick to respond to feedback when we contacted him. A wonderful stay and we shall definitely be returning!

Had a lovely stay at the Kingfisher Lodge. The lodge has perfect surroundings for that peaceful getaway. Gary was on hand to help and was very proactive. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend a stay here.

These lodges are unlike the mainstream holiday park lodges, they are private and peaceful and the luxury touches like Simba mattresses & pillows, touch control heating & lighting and spa-like decor made you understand why these lodges are different and worth the extra few ££'s. Gary stopped by to offer helpful suggestions for transport to Wembley Stadium (only a 35 minute train ride) while dropping off freshly laid eggs for our breakfast. We had amazing weather so used the sun lounging area, complete with a unique cold splash shower (in a well!). The hot-tub was clean and quite large and in a perfect spot to star gaze at night or watch the Red Kites fly above while you relax in the day. We did not stay long enough to explore the surrounding area but what we saw was beautiful. We wished we had booked for longer and will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge. It was really cosy and its rare to find a lodge that has a sauna which was 10/10. The location is very peaceful and secure. The lodge was fully equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen etc. A really helpful guide was provided with all information that you would need. Great stay and would definitely recommend. Gary was also very speedy at responding to any queries.

From start to finish everything was spot on and it was a great surprise for the wife’s 30th as well as it being our first time away as a family of 4 (baby & dog)! Beautiful area, very modern setup with some nice extras. Plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area and within driving distance. Overall a great experience! My stay with my family was really nice. We had a lovely quiet time in Chinnor surrounded by beautiful scenery and farm. I like how the estate is managed very well. Gary as a host was very helpful and responsive and have given us a very thorough guide for the ones staying. I would recommend this place for you if you’re looking to recharge at a countryside. We really enjoy the hot tub too!
