We stayed at Red Kite Lodge with a group of friends. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing in the evening. Highly recommend.

Just a great lodge in a great location ! Really top spec. Communication from Gary was professional, very quick and helpful. Extra mile has gone to give instructions on how things work and info on things to do. Internet connection for such a rural location is superb. Thoroughly recommended !

Absolutely lovely place to stay - a great weekend catch up with friends. Very comfortable throughout, especially the beds! Loved the hot tub. Everything we needed was provided - would highly recommend and the welcome pack was the best we have ever seen. A nice little walk to The Peacock Inn for a delicious lunch as recommended by host.

Fantastic place, not a far drive from Oxford. Great walks around the area. Overall was a brilliant weekend away!

We had a great mini getaway at Gary's place. The communication from Gary was excellent and the info pack had everything we needed in it. We did the recommended walk which was great, loved the hot tub and the whole stay was really peaceful.

The Sparrowhawk Lodge was just as described, really private area, really easy check in for us to relax. Instructions from Gary were clear and simple to follow for everything we could need, had a fantastic trip with the Mrs for a couple of days!

Had a wonderful time staying here, the place was so lovely, exactly like the pictures, really helpful information guide as well… such a relaxed weekend away, somewhere to go no matter what the weather is like, definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Gary was very friendly and a great host.

We had a really relaxing few days in Red Kite Lodge for a girls weekend. Gary was around when we arrived to check in and was really friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely chat. The lodge had absolutely everything we needed, so much so that we ended up not venturing further than the sun terrace area and our hot tub. We visited during an uncharacteristically hot weekend but fans were in all rooms to keep the temperature down. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The location was wonderful, beautiful surroundings and it was so peaceful to watch the Red Kites circling and the horses grazing. I highly recommend this lodge and we hope to return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This place is perfect! It was so peaceful, relaxing and had everything you needed. Gary was great to communicate with & provided a detailed local guide. We ate at The Peacock one night and had a lovely meal. We stayed during some very hot weather and he recommended a walk for us to do with lots of shade for the dog which was a really nice touch. We were sad to leave and will definitely look to book again.

Beautifully peaceful location with lovely view of the Chiltern Hills from the chalet. Four of us stayed in the Red Kite Lodge on a 3 day walking break. It was comfortable, spotless, attractive, and had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. We were lucky to be there when the lavender (which was abundant outside the chalet) was in bloom. Its glorious aroma wafted around as we eased tired limbs in the hot tub in the evening.
