We had a fabulous stay in the pool house. Accommodation is equipped to a very high standard and the hot tub and pool are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

A lovely place to stay. We made full use of the hot tub. When we arrived it was clean and it's well equipped. Sky included as well. We had a great stay and we're thinking of going back next year.

It is a lovely friendly homely place and really inviting.

During our stay at the pool house, we had a really great time. It is very clean and equipped. Everything is organised well, and all the information there is really useful and totally easy to understand . It is also a very relaxing and welcoming place. I will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. Thank you.

It is like your own private spa!

We arrived to an impressive property. Lovely grounds, very secure and private. Instructions to get there and access were superb. We cannot fault Gary, who was one of the best hosts we have experienced. He respected our privacy and at the same time was at hand if you needed anything. The pool and hot tub were just amazing, both exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Pool House was very well equipped, warm, spacious and very good quality. Although we take short breaks regularly and say we do not need to return to a place twice, this one we will just 'have' to come back to.

We we're blown away waking through the gates! The pool is huge and the jacuzzi even had fitted with speakers that we could connect Spotify on our mobiles to via bluetooth. We went late september so the weather was cooler but as the pool and jacuzzi were heated this wasn't an issue. The massive bonus was we could bring our two dogs, the pool and garden area is securely fenced in (6ft fence) so it was safe to let our dogs out knowing they couldn't escape when we were there (note: I wouldn't leave them unattended in case they fell in the swimming pool, though saying that

, the pool has steps out at one side so a dog could get out if they knew how). Also there is a boot room off the bathroom that we left them in for a cozy sleep on the one occasion we went out without them for some lunch. Note there is a lovely walk over the ridgeway that we did with the dogs. And a nice pub (the peacock) a short walk from the house thats good for food. Gary was the perfect host, was there to welcome us and show us around but left us at complete peace for the rest of the trip (insisting if any issues contact him via mobile and he would remedy asap). House itself is clean and comfortable, huge tv with sky and well equipped kitchen.

Gary was a fantastic host, this was our first time booking a getaway like this and we couldn't have been made to feel more at home by him on arrival. The Pool House was just perfect, very modern inside, very spacious, clean and well appointed.

The pool and hot tub were a major highlight for us made even better by the sunny weather we were lucky to get! Being dog friendly was also another plus point as the surrounding area and hills were just brilliant for walks. We'll definitely be back!

A enjoyable short break

Just had a lovely 3 night stay at The Pool House. Unfortunately it rained constantly one of the days we were there but we tried not to let it spoil our day too much and still managed to use the amazing hot tub spa. My husband is a smoker so we do feel it needs a bit more outside shelter when it is raining. Apart from that the outside space is fantastic. The pool is massive and loved using it especially on Sunday when the weather was lovely. It is very dog friendly with lots pf lovely walks close by and we were able to use secure paddocks close to the house to exercise our dog with her balls which was great. The house itself is perfect for a couple and maybe a couple of kids. Lovely kitchen with everything you need including large fridge/freezer which is ideal if bringing your own food and drink. The bed is out of this world (Tempur Mattress) I want one. T V and sound system great with Sky channels which came in handy on wet day. There is a pub close by which was nice and friendly called The Peacock. Gary and Ali were lovely and friendly and Gary was very informative of places to visit and walks. The only thing lacking I would say is a bit of outside shelter, a hairdryer would be useful and maybe a couple more towels because us ladies do like a extra towel for when we wash our hair. Apart from that perfect.

This is a one of a kind place to stay. The place is in a beautiful countryside, the pool/ jacuzzi experience is magnificent, and the whole farm is well-kept and wonderful to take a walk in. Gary made the experience really smooth, and we never had to ask for anything. Pretty nice restaurants nearby too. Highly recommended!
