We had the most wonderful stay in the Kingfisher Lodge. The farm is such a beautiful setting and the lodge has every amenity you could imagine. The sauna and hot tub are amazing - the hot tub has the best view over the lake! We have recommended this place to everyone who will listen and already one of our friends has booked to stay.

Gary’s place is a perfect little spot for a romantic getaway. The hot tub is kept clean and is beautiful, especially to watch the sunset in at the end of the day. The sauna is a surprising little touch that is easy to use, especially with the instructions Gary provides. Shops are close by alongside some tracks for walking, yet still close to High Wycombe and Oxford to have a day out shopping at either places. The bed is super comfy, and thankfully there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen! Our dogs loved the stay too, and we didn’t have to worry about them due to there being a piece of wood we could use to cover the entrance of the terrace so the dogs could roam free around the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you Gary!

We had the most amazing two day break at the Chiltern Lodges. Everything was as described and better! The place was so clean and tidy with all the facilities we could possibly need. The location and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The hosts provided us with really useful information and were also extremely accommodating to our needs and allowed us to check in as soon as our lodge was ready. Thank you and we are already planning our return!

We had the best time at the Kingfisher lodge - the setting is absolutely stunning - so peaceful (just what we needed!) and the lodge itself was incredible - amazing amenities (we made such good use of the hot tub and sauna despite the hot weather!) and very clean and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we are already looking at when we can go back!

Our stay at the Kingfisher lodge was the perfect birthday getaway. It has everything you could need & more. The lodge is super spacious with the comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, sky & netflix are a real nice touch. The outside area is great, we spent most our time in the hottub which over looks the pond yet still feels really secluded. I’d definitely stay again & would absolutely recommend.

Had a lovely 3 day stay here for my birthday. Good selection of dog friendly pubs and takeaways near by. Everything you need inside the lodge too.

This place is more than great. In fact, we booked our next stay while we were still there! Everything seems to have been thought of, from plastic glasses to use in the Jacuzzi, a designated BBQ area, to a dog bowl. A wonderful getaway in the most beautiful surrounding - we can't wait for our next trip there.

The perfect getaway - everything is thought about - down to the finest detail! Superbly clean, place was like new - couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will be back!
