We had a restful weekend enjoying both the sauna and jacuzzi on cold nights. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sparrowhawk Lodge. The location is great for a peaceful stay - plenty of walks and nature to explore locally. The lodge was fantastic - the hot tub and sauna were both great after a muddy walk. And Gary was an amazing host - the welcome book is so extensive and useful and he was so proactive with getting in touch to make sure we had everything for our stay without us needing to ask. I cannot recommend highly enough, we can't wait to come back!

Great property in a lovely location. Just off the beaten track but close enough so that going to get groceries or find a pub is only a short drive. Very quiet, with a well maintained 6 person hot tub! (The robes and flip flops for use in the hot tub were a nice touch). In addition, the home has a fantastic smart home device so it's very easy to control the heating or air con throughout making it extra comfortable. Gary is a fantastic host. Not only did he go above and beyond in communicating a full welcome guide ahead of time, but he was always extremely prompt in communicating and aided us in getting our electric car charged at his charging station on the property.

This is wonderful option for a small to medium break, with excellent facilities , Sauna (Private), Hot Tub (Private), fishing and horse riding all available. An great option for those travelling with dogs and lots of walks and dog friendly pubs and restaurants nearby. The lodges are well equipped with Sky Tv, all utensils , bed linen and towels taking the hassle out of a trip. The location is very peaceful and everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a great weekend away staying here. The lodge was amazing and in beautiful peaceful surroundings, exactly what we needed! It was the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed at, and was spotlessly clean! Gary was a very informative and friendly host. We couldn't fault it and will definitely be returning! If you a re looking for a weekend away from all the hustle and bustle with amazing country walks and pubs, then definitely go here!

Probably one of the comfiest and best equipped lodges I've stayed in.

It was one of my best experiences, I am a traveler and I have seen so many places .
Only criticism is check out is too early especially if you have young children or elderly people with you. Other than that was extremely worth a visit . Thanks Gary

Had a few days in the lodge for my husband birthday, who is a wheelchair user. Very comfortable and peaceful. Had a lovely time and Gary was a very friendly and helpful host.

We had a lovely two night stay, it was so peaceful. The hot tub was great, loved watching the stars from it. Barely saw another person during our stay.

Very impressed with the lodge. It makes an excellent break from City Life. Cannot fault Gary the host especially for being very responsive to a few queries we had. Lots of useful information about the local area also included which made for some very active days out. Highly recommended!
