Lovely stay in a cosy and confortable house. I booked this as a surprise for my husband and our staffy and we absolutely loved it. The house is well equipped, good sofa & bed & TVs and has a brilliant heating system that keeps the house always warm. Jacuzzi, sauna and bath were the cherry on the top! Definitely we will be back :)

The place is magical, ideal for a romantic getaway from London! The surrounding nature was stunning in autumn and nothing better than the steamy hot tub when coming back from a long walk! This was our second time here and I’m sure we’ll be back again in the years to come!

We had a fantastic weekend stay in the Sparrowhawk lodge. The lodge was very well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the hot-tub and sauna! Despite the bad weather that weekend, we still managed to get out and complete one of Gary’s recommended walks with great views and a nice pub along the way. We were grateful for the Netflix subscription and sky tv as well. The welcome guide answered any questions we had and included great recommendations for restaurants/takeaways in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend in sparrowhawk lodge. The location is stunning and the lodge has everything you need. The hot tub is amazing! Perfect for a romantic trip. Would love to come back.

Gary has a wonderful space - 3 lodges nestled on a farm, you get to wake up and see the lake and an abundance of horses. Absolute bliss. The hot tub is sunk down, so it feels totally private when you're in there. Delicious eggs in the morning, and the space itself was spotless. Tonnes of information about where to eat, where to walk, etc. The whole stay was faultless.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in the Kingfisher lodge. The hot tub and sauna were a dream and being able to soak in the bath was just the cherry on top. The lodge is closed off from the other two - you really feel like you are the only ones in that space. Local recommendations for food were spot on! A must stay.

We loved our stay at The Chiltern Lodges this weekend! With a friends wedding nearby, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind before celebrating their big day. It was clean and well stocked with everything we would need - we particularly enjoyed using the jacuzzi with the beautiful countryside view! Gary was a reliable host and would love to stay again.

The lodge was outstanding!! The location was beautiful overlooking the lake, yet it felt very private & secluded & as if we could have been anywhere in the world. Inside the lodge is beautifully presented & cleaned to an exceptional standard, fitted out to a very high spec & was perfect in every aspect. Gary was very hospitable & nothing was too much trouble & we can’t wait to come & stay again.

AMAZING! We booked the lodge for a get together to celebrate 20 years of uni friendship and it was perfect. The lodge was a home from home. It was kitted out with more than we expected, was very clean and even had robes and towels!. The setting is beautiful and peaceful and the hot tub was amazing. We will definitely be booking to come back.
